- For this roast beef sandwich, I used shaved roast beef from the store. Since shaved roast beef is nice and thin, I like to use it. It’s also easier to eat because you don’t have to pull on the roast beef as you bite into the sandwich. You can use leftover roast beef from your own home if you have any on hand. Just slice it thin or shred it before using.
- The roasted peppers I used were packaged in oil. I took them out of the oil and drained them before using them. The peppers were also on the smaller side. If you use a larger variety, that’s perfectly ok. The roasted peppers should be cut into smaller strips, so do that if you need to.
